I’ve read that nobody should go raw for longer than a few months. But some websites have people who have done it for years. It’s hard to know who to believe. Have you had a medical check up lately? You seem to be thriving incredibly well on this diet.

wish I could go on the diet but can’t afford to. I have two kids and a husband who aren’t going to join me if I switch over. How do you afford to eat 30 bananas a day??

if i go raw vegan low fat like you freelea… then only fruits on option for me would be apple, kiwi, mango, orange, manderin, pear, plum, peach, and that kindof basic stuff.. i cannot eat exotic fruit in iceland simply because of the cost, if you try buying a tiny starfruit here… the cost of that is 9.5 dollars ! all exotic fruits here cost that much. I might be able to for out probably about 5 dollars for one papaya!
